We were ecstatic when we sold!
When my husband and I decided to sell our condo, we decided on an asking price that some felt was on the high end. In fact, a realtor in town said that we were crazy to set that price and said that it would never sell. We had done the research, however, and felt strongly about the price. We were ecstatic when we sold. The money we made on the condo helped us pay off a significant portion of our debt. Alex was positive and up-beat the entire time and was a consummate professional. He consistently met with us after 5:00 because of our working schedules. Overall, we were extremely impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone.
