My journey begins nearly two decades ago when I got into real estate. I was instantly a success in the Ann Arbor Area market landing the Rookie of The Year Award at my previous brokerage, I had a natural niche. I always knew I had a knack for people, and my love of real estate coupled with my family’s background allowed for perfect chemistry. Ever heard of Vail, Colorado? No coincidence, my family has deep roots in real estate throughout North America. Dating all the way back to the 1640’s, Vail developments can be found from the Big Apple to Colorado.
As a local, I worked my network and developed my hallmark of outstanding customer service and adept negotiations. I’ve been a musician my whole life, and you tend to develop a negotiating power through all the hoops you have to jump through just to get on stage. I realized that “Just doing real estate” wasn’t going to be enough. I go the extra mile with clients and provide more service than just unlocking the door and writing up a contract. I don’t want to just be their ‘REALTOR®’, I want to be their guide and resource for all things to do with real estate.
My success has come from putting my clients’ wants and needs first. I pride myself on being knowledgeable about all facets of the business and by also being accessible to my clients. My desire is to do a great job for my clients and to ensure a smooth transaction.
I value team collaboration and place emphasis on expertise and empathy. My team is not a culture of salesmanship as much as it is a culture of highly developed expertise. Empathy is needed in our relationships with clients: real estate is probably the biggest investment a person makes. We don’t take that lightly.
