Alex and his team helped us sell our condo in Northeast Ann Arbor. Even though we listed in seemingly the worst time of the year to sell a property (November 2020 during a pandemic), Alex went above and beyond to make sale. He made sure we were happy with our listing (photos, details, and price). And Alex really knows the local condo market trends; he was able to quickly find us a buyer.
